Stef is a director of Evolve Business Finance Limited, a fast-growing independent commercial finance broker that works with businesses to identify the best finance solution to suit individual requirements and unlock business potential.

Before founding Evolve, Stef spent 12 years working with market-leading invoice finance providers, before joining Goodman Corporate Finance in 2017. Starting as sales director, he later joined the board of directors in 2021.

With experience on both sides of the table, Stef is in a rare (and valuable) position where he understands both client requirements and lender appetites, and more specifically, how a credit application and process works, how lenders operate and how to work best for them.

He has built long-lasting relationships with key lender stakeholders, gaining access to the decision-makers to enable quick decisions and funding completions.

Over the past six years, Stef has worked with business owners from all kinds of sectors, and has carved out a niche in bespoke asset based lending and invoice finance facilities. He has been instrumental in helping clients with acquisitions, MBI, MBO, refinancing, restructuring, and turnaround insolvency.
